By using the Truck Load mobile app, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Services Provided

Truck Load is a third-party logistics booking platform that connects truck owners, logistics companies, and clients for load transportation.
Truck Load does not own, operate, or control any trucks or transport services.

2. Liability Disclaimer

2.1 No Responsibility for Breakdowns
Truck Load is not liable for any mechanical breakdowns, accidents, or delays. Responsibility lies with the truck owner or logistics company.

2.2 No Responsibility for Insurance
Truck Load does not provide insurance. Transporters must arrange their own insurance. Clients must verify insurance before booking.

2.3 No Responsibility for Load Issues
Truck Load is solely a booking platform. It is not liable for damaged, lost, or defective goods. Disputes must be resolved between the client and transporter.

2.4 Prohibited Loads
Abnormal loads (e.g. oversized or hazardous materials) are not allowed on the platform.

3. Booking, Cancellations, and Fees

3.1 Booking Process
Once a booking is made, contact details of the transporter are shared. Payments can be made at booking or using wallet funds.

3.2 Cancellation Policy
A 5% penalty fee applies to any cancelled confirmed booking. It is deducted automatically.

3.3 Payments & Wallet
Wallet access is available 24/7. Withdrawals can be made anytime. Payment is released to the transporter only after delivery confirmation.

3.4 Service Fees
A 5% total service fee applies per booking:

• 3.6% to Truck Load

• 1.4% to Ozow (wallet provider)

4. Account Use & Restrictions

4.1 Privacy & Security
Your account and transaction details are kept private and secure. You are responsible for keeping your account accurate and updated.

4.2 Fraud & Misuse
Fraudulent activity or false information may lead to suspension or permanent account blocking.

5. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Disputes will be resolved via arbitration or legal proceedings.

6. Legal Rights Waiver

6.1 Waiver of Legal Claims
By using the app, you waive rights to take legal action against Truck Load for:

• Load damage or disputes

• Failed deliveries

• Wallet-related errors

• Transporter miscommunication

6.2 Indirect Liability Exclusion
Truck Load is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including financial losses, lost goods, or reputational harm.

6.3 Exclusive Responsibility of Transport Parties
All logistics and payments are the sole responsibility of the client and transporter. Any legal action must be taken against the responsible party—not Truck Load.
